        How it works

        1. Register – Register your interest via the form by 30 Oct 2026. Successful applicants will have their mentor profile created for the app.
        2. Set Your Availability – Commit at least 2 hours between 12:30–4:30pm, 18–20 Nov 2026 at the PIF Lounge (Hall 3).
        3. Meet Mentees – Approve requests in the app; meetings will be scheduled automatically with table assignments.

        Mentee

        How it works

        1. Register – Sign up for your SFF Pass and under 'Your Organisation and Role', indicate your interest in the SFF Mentorship Programme.
        2. Get Set Up - If successful, you'll receive a welcome email prompting you to download the SFF app and review the programme guidelines.
        3. Request Meetings – Submit requests through the app by answering a short prompt. Mentors review each request and decide whether to connect based on their availability and fit with your goals.
        4. Connect & Learn – Confirmed meetings are automatically scheduled with a table assigned at the PIF Lounge.

      Sonny Mohanty is the Head of Ventures & Ecosystem Development at XDC Network, where she leads initiatives focused on driving ecosystem growth, strategic partnerships, venture development and institutional adoption of blockchain technology.

      With experience across the fintech, digital assets and Web3 industries, Sonny works closely with startups, entrepreneurs, financial institutions and technology partners to turn emerging technologies into practical business opportunities.

      She is passionate about helping founders and young professionals navigate the evolving technology and financial landscape, build meaningful professional networks, identify opportunities and develop the confidence to turn ideas into action.

      As a mentor, Sonny hopes to share practical industry insights, lessons from building partnerships and ecosystems, and guidance on navigating careers in fintech, entrepreneurship, emerging technologies and the broader digital economy.
