    How it works

    1. Register – Register your interest via the form by 12 Oct 2026. You'll be notified of the outcome by 16 October, and successful applicants will have their mentor profile created for the app.
    2. Set Your Availability – Commit at least 2 hours between 1–5pm, 18–20 Nov 2026 at the PIF Lounge (Hall 3).
    3. Meet Mentees – Approve requests in the app; meetings will be scheduled automatically with table assignments.

    How it works

    1. Register – Register within the app. Please ensure you have already registered for a SFF pass.
    2. Request Meetings – Submit requests directly through the app by answering a short prompt. Mentors review each request and decide whether to connect based on their availability and fit with the mentee's goals.
    3. Connect & Learn – Meetings are auto-scheduled with table assignments at the PIF Lounge.

Rajeev works in HSBC Securities Services Digital Product Solutions in support of the overall digital agenda of HSBC Securities Services. He has been primarily involved in developing the capability to service Digital Assets and is engaged with Clients, Financial Market infrastructure providers to create solutions for custody, issuance and asset servicing in the intersection of Artificial intelligence na dprogramable value representing traditional Financial Assets.

Rajeev is with HSBC Securities Services since April 2018 and prior to that he spent 10 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in various leadership positions in Global Markets Technology and Securities Operations transformation teams in Asia.He is a business technologist with a keen eye for exploring the effective use of emerging capabilities of technology in Markets & Securities Services. He has worked with Broker Dealers and Securities Services Technology providers for over 26 years (in India, Japan and Singapore) across a range of Innovation, Technology, Data, Change and Service delivery roles. His focus has been on business transformation and he has deep experience in business domain and technology strategy, transformation and cost optimization. He led the technology teams and innovation work streams to drive change led by digital capabilities.

Rajeev holds MBA (High Honour’s) from Booth School of Business, University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Engineering from BITS-Pilani in India
