        How it works

        1. Register – Register your interest via the form by 30 Oct 2026. Successful applicants will have their mentor profile created for the app.
        2. Set Your Availability – Commit at least 2 hours between 12:30–4:30pm, 18–20 Nov 2026 at the PIF Lounge (Hall 3).
        3. Meet Mentees – Approve requests in the app; meetings will be scheduled automatically with table assignments.

        Mentee

        How it works

        1. Register – Sign up for your SFF Pass and under 'Your Organisation and Role', indicate your interest in the SFF Mentorship Programme.
        2. Get Set Up - If successful, you'll receive a welcome email prompting you to download the SFF app and review the programme guidelines.
        3. Request Meetings – Submit requests through the app by answering a short prompt. Mentors review each request and decide whether to connect based on their availability and fit with your goals.
        4. Connect & Learn – Confirmed meetings are automatically scheduled with a table assigned at the PIF Lounge.

      Alan Ang is Growth Director in the CEO Office of TOTM Technologies and Chairman of the Asia Blockchain Association. Based in Singapore, he brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, business development and regional growth across Asia Pacific.

      At TOTM, Alan leads growth initiatives spanning AI, Digital Product Passports, digital trust infrastructure and cross-border trade and settlement. His current work includes developing a Vietnam–Indonesia–Singapore trusted-trade corridor, connecting product identity, verifiable credentials and electronic trade documents through regional partnerships. He also serves as Senior Advisor to Orobo, supporting its commercial strategy and ecosystem development.

      Alan has held senior commercial and strategic roles with Ricoh Asia Pacific, TSC.ai, Mintable and NDara, giving him experience across established enterprises and emerging technology ventures. His strength lies in translating new technologies into practical business models, strategic partnerships and opportunities for enterprise adoption.

      As a mentor, Alan can offer practical guidance on navigating careers in emerging technology, evaluating business opportunities, building partnerships and developing go-to-market strategies in ASEAN. He holds an MBA and has completed executive education in AI and data at Harvard Business School.
