Track Product & Project Management

Today, Andrea is building a body of work that includes designing go-to-market (GTM) strategy and implementation for B2B Tech, speaking and moderating. Andrea works upstream to improve decisions, alignment and execution conditions for better decision, less friction, stronger adaptation in conditions without clear roadmaps. As a seasoned marketing, communications and product strategy leader with a proven track record across functions, she has moved from banks to consulting to startups, specialising in APAC’s FX and payments ecosystems.

Proficient in managing cultural nuances, she has boosted brand growth and market reach, by elevating B2B channels and communications for fintechs (37% to 420% increase in reach), enhancing thought leadership, improving cross-sell and loyalty through greater engagement.

Andrea manages across regional portfolios, and has worked in Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Her extensive background spans cross-functional leadership, combining deep expertise with empathetic leadership, to promote AI-embedded GTM processes and high-performing outcomes in teams. In addition, Andrea speaks and facilitate workshops around AI, GTM leadership and fintech ecosystems.
