        How it works

        1. Register – Register your interest via the form by 12 Oct 2026. You'll be notified of the outcome by 16 October, and successful applicants will have their mentor profile created for the app.
        2. Set Your Availability – Commit at least 2 hours between 12:30–4:30pm, 18–20 Nov 2026 at the PIF Lounge (Hall 3).
        3. Meet Mentees – Approve requests in the app; meetings will be scheduled automatically with table assignments.

        How it works

        1. Register – Register within the app. Please ensure you have already registered for a SFF pass.
        2. Request Meetings – Submit requests directly through the app by answering a short prompt. Mentors review each request and decide whether to connect based on their availability and fit with the mentee's goals.
        3. Connect & Learn – Meetings are auto-scheduled with table assignments at the PIF Lounge.

      Julien Defosse is a Worldwide FSI Market development Lead at Amazon Web Services (AWS). He supports banks to transform delivery of banking services with a strong focus on customer experience, operational optimization, and innovation, by leveraging AWS services and partner ecosystem. Julien has over 15years of experience leading product and digital teams, and P&L in banking across multiple lines of business. Prior to AWS, Julien worked at BNP Paribas in North America and EMEA, in positions including leading global strategy, digital transformation (chief digital officer) and ESG focused banking. With his experience across the bank’s operations, payment, credit risk, core banking modernization, sales, and specialized product such as FX/commodities, Julien brings an end-to-end view of business transformation and deep expertise in agile target operating model. Prior to BNP Paribas, he worked at a number European banks (ABN AMRO, Fortis Group) & For Bain & Company.
