Jazreel Luar is a senior executive with extensive experience at the intersection of finance, data analytics, and artificial intelligence, spanning both consulting and deep-tech AI innovation.

She spent over a decade in risk consulting, leading forensic data analytics, AI/ML delivery, and large-scale transformation engagements for clients across financial services, public sector, and private enterprise, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders through regulatory change and digital disruption.

She went on to become the founding employee and COO of a deep-tech AI startup, co-building the company from inception through to enterprise product deployment and go-to-market execution. She is a named co-inventor on an internationally filed AI framework patent.

She is also a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and Certified ScrumMaster. Alongside her client work, she is an active trainer, speaker, and mentor, running data analytics and AI workshops and mentoring university students.

She is passionate about the responsible adoption of AI in finance and enterprise operations, and believes that as automation reshapes the profession, sound governance and professional judgement must evolve just as quickly as the technology itself.
