Track Entrepreneurship & Startups

Jesyka is an ecosystem and partnership builder working across Malaysia’s tech, startup and entrepreneurship landscape. She spearheads START & HERizon, a grassroots B2B network-building engine with access to ~300,000 strong local business networks and alliances as well as a proprietary community-led GTM framework that turns network access into structured commercial outcomes.

With over 8 years in tech-driven startup environments, Jesyka has a proven track record building early-stage ventures, leading cross-functional initiatives and driving market expansion, including leading entry into a new digital banking vertical and scaling sales portfolios from 8- to 9-figures.

She brings a practical understanding of how startups, financial institutions, corporates and ecosystem stakeholders navigate growth, partnerships, and market entry, drawing on a background spanning blockchain, FinTech, PR and MICE.

Grounded in Personal Social Responsibility (PSR), Jesyka led Sabah Caremongers during the pandemic, impacting 9,800+ individuals across underserved communities. She was named one of the eleven Youth Empowerment Changemakers in the 2025 edition of Wiki Impact 100 and a 2025 YSEALI PFP Fellow (Malaysia) under the Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Economic Empowerment institute theme.
