About
📍I have over a decade of full-time work experience in Singapore's higher education industry.

✈️At SMU, I took a lead role in contributing to overall programme management & delivery of executive leadership programmes in SG & overseas. Clients that I worked closely with include government agencies (EnterpriseSG, MPA, BCA, PUB, IMDA, GovTech) & MNCs (Bank Mandiri, BUMI Resources, LION Corporation, Great Eastern, Infineon Technologies, Shunkhlai/APU, Qatar Development Bank, Darussalam Assets, KPJ Healthcare, FWD, Prysmian). I delivered programmes in-person to 70 executives in Indonesia (Medan & Jakarta). I led overseas immersion trips for 20 maritime professionals to Denmark (Copenhagen) & 30 government delegates to India (Mumbai & Pune).

📚At SSG, I advocated lifelong learning by encouraging locals to upskill, sign up for Skills & Training Advisory services, & promoted pay-per-use facilities for learning-related events. I was part of the organising committee for the annual nationwide learning movement, SkillsFuture Festival, by developing & implementing marketing & outreach strategies, that had 235,000 participants through 130 learning events with 200 partners across 6 weeks.

🏫At NUS, I conducted local & international outreach activities to prospective undergraduate students, coordinated Open House & award-winning Acceptance campaigns, placements of ads, & managed LiveChat conducted by Student Ambassadors. I was a key player in growing Office of Admissions' presence on social media platforms through regular pushing of posts, & restructuring of YouTube channel. I spearheaded the creation of NUS 360◦ first virtual tour ahead of e-Open House, revamping Undergraduate Admissions mobile app for better user experience, re-organising of the "Why-NUS" website, & being an integral member of OAM Staff Welfare Committee (Treasurer & Media IC).

🗞️At SPH, I provided media solutions to clients across print, radio, outdoor & digital platforms. Key accounts I managed include autonomous universities, polytechnics & overseas institutions.

🎓For my academics, I attained WSQ ACLP to be a certified Learning Facilitator/Assessor of SSG-funded certifiable courses. I self-enrolled in a digital marketing leadership course with Google's Squared Online & graduated with distinction, to value-add my business degree & media studies diploma.
