        How it works

        1. Register – Register your interest via the form by 12 Oct 2026. You'll be notified of the outcome by 16 October, and successful applicants will have their mentor profile created for the app.
        2. Set Your Availability – Commit at least 2 hours between 1–5pm, 18–20 Nov 2026 at the PIF Lounge (Hall 3).
        3. Meet Mentees – Approve requests in the app; meetings will be scheduled automatically with table assignments.

        How it works

        1. Register – Register within the app. Please ensure you have already registered for a SFF pass.
        2. Request Meetings – Submit requests directly through the app by answering a short prompt. Mentors review each request and decide whether to connect based on their availability and fit with the mentee's goals.
        3. Connect & Learn – Meetings are auto-scheduled with table assignments at the PIF Lounge.

      Arvin Singh is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Cinch, Southeast Asia’s leading Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) platform. At Cinch, he leads the company’s operational engine, driving scale, systems, and delivery to power flexible, affordable, and sustainable device subscriptions across the region. With a proven track record in fintech and execution-led growth, Arvin plays a pivotal role in turning Cinch’s vision of smarter tech living into a seamless, everyday reality for consumers and businesses alike.

      Prior to Cinch, Arvin was the co-founder and CEO of hoolah, a pioneering Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) platform that reshaped the retail and payments landscape in Southeast Asia. Under his leadership, hoolah rapidly became the preferred BNPL partner for thousands of merchants and was acquired by ShopBack in 2021.

      Earlier in his career, Arvin held senior roles at global payment leaders Visa and Worldpay, where he led regional initiatives across Asia Pacific—pushing forward innovation in digital payments and financial infrastructure.

      In addition to his role at Cinch, Arvin advises a number of high-growth startups in the fintech and tech ecosystem, helping founders navigate scale, product-market fit, and capital strategy.

      Arvin holds an MBA from INSEAD. With a career spanning entrepreneurship, operations, and payments innovation, he brings a unique blend of strategic insight and executional depth to every venture he’s part of.
