        How it works

        1. Register – Register your interest via the form by 30 Oct 2026. Successful applicants will have their mentor profile created for the app.
        2. Set Your Availability – Commit at least 2 hours between 12:30–4:30pm, 18–20 Nov 2026 at the PIF Lounge (Hall 3).
        3. Meet Mentees – Approve requests in the app; meetings will be scheduled automatically with table assignments.

        Mentee

        How it works

        1. Register – Sign up for your SFF Pass and under 'Your Organisation and Role', indicate your interest in the SFF Mentorship Programme.
        2. Get Set Up - If successful, you'll receive a welcome email prompting you to download the SFF app and review the programme guidelines.
        3. Request Meetings – Submit requests through the app by answering a short prompt. Mentors review each request and decide whether to connect based on their availability and fit with your goals.
        4. Connect & Learn – Confirmed meetings are automatically scheduled with a table assigned at the PIF Lounge.

      Thomas Kapeller is Global Head of Partnerships at Chubb Life, leading strategic and digital partnerships across Asia, Latin America and Europe. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at MoneyHero Group, including through its Nasdaq listing, and at EY, with a focus on insurance, fintech and digital distribution.

      Thomas has spent more than a decade working across Asia, building businesses, teams and partnerships in multiple markets. He holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and currently serves as FinTech President at INSEAD.

      He is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders and entrepreneurs, bringing practical experience in leadership, career development, business building, partnerships and navigating complex international organisations.
