I am the CEO of Cactus Custody, the custody unit of BIT Group. We provide institutional grade security and advanced enterprise cryptocurrency management system, trading, DeFi, earning as a TCSP in HK and also provides MPC self-custody and stablecoins-as-a-Service solutions globally. BIT is a digital asset financial services group providing trading, asset management, custody, and real-world asset infrastructure through regulated and registered entities across multiple jurisdictions.

I am also the Senior Web3 Advisor for Banking Circle. I was the Head of Web3 for Banking Circle up to Jan 2026, which is the first bank in the EU to issue a MICA compliant stablecoin. Banking Circle also issued the EUR tokenised deposit for Ant International.

I left DBS in Dec 2021 after 22 years of service to set up a Digital Asset Custody and Prime Services Business in Europe. Together with Calvin Cheng, the former Nominated Member of Parliament in Singapore, we set up Damoon Technology Holdings AG (renamed to Anchored Coins AG), Damoon Technology (Europe) AG and Calvin Cheng Web 3.0 Holdings FZE (provisional licence from the DVARA). I am also on the board of directors of Coins U Trust, a crypto currency exchange that was co-founded by Xinxi Wang,(co-founder of the Litecoin Foundation).

I was the Head of Business and Listing for the DBS Digital Exchange and was in the founding team working on this project since 2018. I was also involved in other blockchain related projects within the DBS Group including being part of the team that set-up Climate Impact X.

I have an MBA and an LLM in Commercial Law. My MBA studies was sponsored by DBS Securities, while my LLM programme was sponsored by DBS Vickers. I hold a Chartered Fintech Professional (CFtP) qualification and am a Chartered Fellow and co-Chairman of the Convergence of Emerging Technologies (AI, Blockchain and Quantum Computing) sub-committee of the Global Fintech Institute.
