Lee Zhu Kuang

Mr Lee joined UOB in August 2025 and is Group Head of Innovation. He leads the innovation transformation strategy for the Bank and across the region.

In his role, Mr Lee oversees key innovation pillars including AI, Blockchain and Digital Assets, Convergence Services, Data, and Innovation Enablement. With over two decades of banking experience, he brings a strong track record in business model innovation, AI and data platform development, as well as digital assets and tokenisation. A seasoned innovation leader, Mr Lee has spearheaded initiatives in AI governance, platform strategy and strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining UOB, Mr Lee held senior roles at global banks. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at the Singapore University of Social Sciences.
