Richard Pu

Mr. Richard Pu currently serves as Vice President at Tencent. He has over 20 years of combined international law firm and in-house legal experience, including establishing legal, regulatory, and compliance protocols; advising the board and senior management; and overseeing legal management for global investments, capital markets, and international financial regulatory matters. Richard combines executive legal leadership with chairperson roles at China Literature and Fusion Bank, and previously served on the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the First ChiNext Board Listing Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. He holds Australian legal qualifications and a CPA Australia designation.
