Neha Mittal is Head of Startups, ASEAN at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she helps founders across Southeast Asia, especially in AI and deep tech, build, scale and go global. She brings 21 years of experience across consulting, big tech and startups. She co-founded a semiconductor startup that was acquired by a global top-3 semiconductor company, led billion-dollar sales transformations at Microsoft and McKinsey, and has built teams across India, Japan, Korea, ASEAN and ANZ. She is an alumna of IIT Delhi and ISB.
