Shaun Livingston is a founding member of Sierra's engineering team in Singapore, where he helps build the platform that leading enterprises use to deploy AI agents for customer experience. Shaun has more than a decade of experience as a software engineer. He works across the full stack, with deep expertise in backend systems. In recent years he has focused on AI engineering: multimodal models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agents that carry out complex, multi-step work. Shaun is known for leading teams and projects while staying hands-on in the code.
