Jessie is an experienced cash management practitioner with close to 20 years of transaction banking experience, working with Corporate and Institutional clients.
She currently serves as the Regional Head of Client Experience & Propositions, Global Payments Solutions Asia Pacific. Prior to this role, Jessie was the Head of Client Services in Singapore, a role she held after rejoining the bank post a personal break to care for her then, 3 young sons.
She is passionate about leveraging technology to improve client outcomes and colleague experience. As an early user of GenAI for business Jessie has spearheaded innovation, experimenting with prototypes to create use cases that help drive organization strategy. She has always sought to be the first global pilot site for new technologies, which showcases her commitment to not to embrace change but also lead it.
