Chris Robins is head of growth and strategic partnerships at Axelar (Interop Labs). He was previously general counsel and CCO at Heron Finance, helping launch the first SEC-registered internet advisor for private assets, and general counsel of Binance.US. Earlier, he advised global banks at Cleary Gottlieb and Promontory.
