Jovan Milovanović is the co-founder and CBDO of Finspot, a fintech company behind the first online platform and the first digital token for factoring in Southeast Europe, with over €50 million in financed invoices.
He is responsible for company expansion, new markets, and key partnerships, and also leads Finspot’s technology arm, developing tokenization products and transaction analytics tools.
Jovan holds a BEng in Information Systems and Technologies and an MSc in Quantitative Finance from the University of Belgrade.
