Margrit Nzuki

Margrit Nzuki is the Supply Chain Finance Lead for Europe in IFC’s Financial Institutions Group – Upstream & Advisory. She has over 24 years’ experience in development finance, including more than 19 years based in emerging markets across Sub Saharan Africa and more recently in Central & Eastern Europe.

With deep expertise in leading innovative initiatives across IFC’s investment and advisory projects, Margrit has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams, shaped sector strategies in collaboration with World Bank country teams and development partners and driven impactful private-sector solutions. Throughout her career, she has originated mandates totaling approximately USD 2.5 billion in investments and managed complex equity portfolios.

Prior to IFC, Margrit worked with KfW IPEX, with global coverage for oil, gas & mining project finance transactions. She holds an MBA from the University of Bayreuth, Germany.
