Jen Garcia is part of the Global Innovation team at the UK Financial Conduct Authority, where she leads and develops cross-border partnerships and projects between regulators and key industry stakeholders. Previously, Jen was a FinTech Specialist for the Department for Business and Trade and for Austrade, driving growth and investment into the UK FinTech sector.
