Debby Lam is the Head of Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) and Digital for APAC at Infobip, where she leads the regional strategy, growth, and innovation for key enterprise verticals. She drives Infobip’s mission to help enterprises deliver more personalized and impactful customer engagement through omnichannel communication and digital transformation.

Since joining Infobip in 2021 as a Development Manager, Debby has continuously advanced through strategic roles, including Product Sales Expert for Verticalization. In this capacity, she has been instrumental in shaping Infobip’s go-to-market approach across industries particularly within the BFSI sector by aligning product capabilities with market needs and emerging trends.

Debby’s leadership extends beyond strategy into execution, where she collaborates closely with leading banks, insurance providers, and fintechs across the APAC region to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric communication solutions. Her work has contributed to deepening Infobip’s footprint in the BFSI ecosystem, strengthening partnerships, and accelerating digital innovation across the region.
