Andrew Meek is the Head of Solutions Engineering for Atlassian’s Service Collection across the Asia-Pacific region. He leads a team partnering with enterprise and public sector organizations to modernize service delivery, scale AI-driven operations, and drive digital transformation. With a career dedicated to ITSM, ITOM, and Enterprise Service Management across diverse industries and global markets, Andrew brings deep domain expertise in operational resilience and service strategy.
Prior to joining Atlassian, Andrew held a range of solutions leadership roles with other technology companies, as well as consulting, delivery, and operations positions. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration.
