Meagen Burnett is Group Chief Financial Officer of Schroders plc and an Executive Director on the Board. Her remit spans finance, tax and treasury, alongside operations, technology, corporate services and enterprise-wide transformation. She also leads Schroders' multi-year transformation programme, designed to strengthen performance and resilience while continuing to invest for long-term growth.
With senior leadership experience across global asset management, investment banking, and professional services, Meagen combines financial rigour with a deep understanding of operating models and digital change.
