Nicolai Eddy

Nicolai Eddy is a fintech operator with deep expertise in building fiat and stablecoin cross-border payment infrastructure.

He co-founded NALA, the Y Combinator- and Accel-backed cross-border payments company, and built Rafiki, its B2B payments and infrastructure business. His work spans finance, treasury, compliance, licensing and product. He has taken the company from a pre-seed idea to a $40M Series A led by Acrew Capital, with teams across Africa, Europe and Asia.

An Acumen Fellow, Nicolai is Swiss-American and was raised in Detroit. He is a marathon runner and lives between Switzerland and Kenya with his wife.
