James Verner

James Verner is the Head of APAC Business Development for Aladdin, BlackRock, based in Hong Kong. Mr. Verner oversees both Aladdin Wealth and Aladdin Enterprise across the Asia Pacific region, bringing together BlackRock's full suite of technology and risk management solutions for wealth managers and institutional clients alike. Mr. Verner has over twenty years' experience in building and leading technology businesses in wealth and asset management in Europe and Asia Pacific. Mr. Verner joined BlackRock in July 2023 to lead Aladdin Wealth's APAC business and has since expanded his remit to partner with wealth managers, asset owners, and asset managers to enable scalable business growth through the full suite of Aladdin's technology and risk management capabilities.
