Sharon Lourdes Paul is the CEO of Gnosis Business, where she leads efforts to help businesses with stablecoin treasuries manage their FinOps. She also oversees Gnosis Ramps, an initiative bridging stablecoins with local payment systems worldwide.
Notably, Sharon was most the CEO and co-founder of HQ.xyz, which was acquired by Gnosis in 2025. Earlier in her career, she was a founding member of StraitsX, Singapore’s leading stablecoin issuer and payments infrastructure provider.
Beyond her work, Sharon actively champions the growth of digital asset and fintech ecosystems through industry associations and angel investments.
