Ang Xing Xian is the Co-founder and CEO of CapBay, an award-winning Supply Chain Finance platform empowering businesses across Southeast Asia through smarter financing solutions. Under his leadership, CapBay has evolved into a licensed Peer-to-Peer (P2P) financing platform, successfully funding over RM4.7 billion to underserved SMEs in Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.

Recognized as EY’s Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year in Malaysia, Xing Xian has positioned CapBay as a leader in alternative financing, earning global recognition from CNBC and Statista’s Top 250 Global Fintech Companies (2023–2025), Fortune’s Fintech Innovators Asia 2024, and the Financial Times’ High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific (2024–2025).

An Oxford University graduate with an MSc in Computational Finance, he previously worked at Credit Suisse, MarketInvoice, Creador, and Accenture. Xing Xian combines deep expertise in finance, technology, and analytics to drive innovation and enhance financial inclusion across the region.
