As Vice President and Head of Banking and Liquidity at Circle, Gajia Parsons leads a global team at the forefront of bridging traditional finance and digital currency infrastructure. Her remit spans the full spectrum of banking partnerships—from enabling liquidity for Circle’s stablecoins, USDC and EURC, to driving strategic distribution relationships with financial institutions worldwide.

With a mandate that covers all global markets, Gajia and her team play a critical role in advancing the adoption of trusted digital dollars and euros across the financial system. She brings over a decade of experience cultivating fintech engagement with banks across APAC, Europe, and the US, and today leads a globally distributed team embedded in Circle’s key markets.
