Liu Lu

LIU Lu is the Deputy General Manager of Financial Technology Department in Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) Head Office, the department provides overall management of system support in digital transformation of ICBC, which is the largest commercial bank in china pioneering in FinTech-driven product innovation.

Mr. Liu has over 20 years of experience in banking industry. In addition to his work experience in China mainland，he has also hold a prestigious position as the General Manager Assistant at the Dubai International Financial Centre Branch of ICBC. His work experience in overseas has provided him with a global perspective in driving ICBC’s tech innovation.

He has made significant contributions to enhancing the digital and intelligent capabilities of ICBC's customer service and operations management, as well as improving its online-offline collaboration capabilities, awarded “Financial Technology Development Prize”by the People's Bank of China on multiple occasions.
