Danny Toe

Danny graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore. He is a former officer of the Economic Development Board of Singapore before setting up business with 2 NUS alumni. Danny co-founded two listed companies, namely, MyWeb (listed in USA) and WizOffice (listed in ST Mainboard).

In 2000, Danny set up investment company ICH and made many successful investments in China, including Lining and Alibaba. Under his stewardship, ICH has since broadened its investments coverage globally, with interests in Private Equity, Direct Investments, Fund of Funds and Asset Management. He is a strong supporter of education and has set up many bursaries under ICH with different universities and technical colleges in Singapore.

Danny is also an active angel investor and mentor to both NTU Ventures and PayPal Incubator Singapore. Currently, he serves as the Group CEO in ICH's latest successful venture (ADDX). ADDX is democratizing finance, with the vision of creating fairer and accessible financial and private capital markets.
