About the organiser
Moscow Government
The Department for External Economic and International Relations of Moscow is the key executive body shaping the capital's foreign economic policy amid global economic transformation. The Department's primary tasks include enhancing Moscow's role as a financial and tech hub, attracting capital, facilitating settlements in national currencies, and supporting international business partnerships.
As Russia's main fintech hub, Moscow supports innovative startups, helping to promote them internationally. Participation in the Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF) serves as a vital tool for Department to promote Moscow's advanced digital financial solutions within Southeast Asia, explore emerging cross-border payment trends, and attract alternative foreign investments to the city's economy.
