Amirkhon Khodjaev has served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Uzum Bank since April 2026. He is responsible for the strategic development of the bank’s compliance control framework, risk assessment and mitigation, as well as enhancing the effectiveness of management decision-making.
He has over 10 years of experience in the banking and fintech industries, with expertise in risk management, anti-money laundering (AML), and the development of internal control systems.
In 2021, he completed his master’s degree in Banking at the Banking and Finance Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, earning an MBA degree.
