H.E. Abdulelah Aldeheem

H.E. Abdulelah Al-Deheem serves as Vice Governor for Executive Affairs at the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), a role in which he oversees national payment solutions, government banking & currency management, enterprise technology transformation, strategy and planning, and shared services. Prior to his current role, he served as Assistant Governor for Executive Affairs, Deputy Governor for Financial and Administrative Affairs, and Director of Investment Risk and Performance Management.

Mr. Al-Deheem is a member of SAMA’s Board of Directors as well as the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority Board of Directors. He has extensive institutional experience in investment and risk management, finance, and digital transformation, and currently serves as a member of SAMA's Executive Committee, Monetary Policy Committee, and Investment Committee amongst others.
