Gracie Lin is the Regional CEO of OKX Singapore and Australia, overseeing OKX’s business and operations across both markets. OKX SG is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), while OKX Australia is regulated by the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC).
In her role, Gracie leads OKX’s efforts across Singapore and Australia to bridge traditional finance and the digital asset economy, supporting the responsible growth and adoption of digital assets across both markets. She was named to Fortune’s “Most Powerful Women Asia 2025” list and recognised by Prestige Singapore as one of its Women of Power in 2026.
Gracie brings nearly two decades of experience across technology, financial regulation and finance. Prior to OKX, she was Managing Director of Strategy & Economics at Grab, Southeast Asia’s leading technology platform. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at GIC and MAS.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Chicago and a Master’s degree in International & Development Economics from Yale University.
