Stacey Ann Pearson

Stacey-Ann is an engineer by training and a strategic business leader by experience. She currently serves as APAC Managing Director & Singapore CEO at Zodia Custody, a bank-backed digital asset custodian. Previously, she was Head of Web3 at Amazon Web Services, where she helped scale Web3 startups and built web3-native VC relationships across APAC. Before AWS, Stacey-Ann served as Vice President of BD, Head of Strategy, Product Researcher for ride-hailing, blockchain and NFT startups in China, Hong Kong and Singapore (including a digital identity venture from Temasek). Prior to tech and web3, she worked in institutional securities (Morgan Stanley in New York), fintech (Jamaica) and innovation (Honduras, New Zealand). Stacey-Ann also served as Board Director on a non-profit for under-represented communities and as Senior Mentor supporting displaced teenagers.
