Eugene Goh

Eugene is a Deputy Director in Monetary Authority of Singapore and leads the global platforms team within the Financial Infrastructure and AI Office. His current focus is on the application of artificial intelligence for the financial sector, along with open finance and cross-border financial digital infrastructures. Eugene’s prior work covered payments policy, data analytics, legislations, national payments implementation, and cross-border financial trust.
