Brad Jones

Brad Jones, a seasoned fintech CEO, has led digital payments companies across Hong Kong, Myanmar, and Cambodia. Most recently, he served as CEO of PayMe, HSBC’s digital wallet in Hong Kong, where he drove substantial revenue growth and monetization in a highly competitive market. Previously, he was the founding CEO of Wave Money, Myanmar’s leading digital financial services platform.

Earlier, Brad worked as a World Bank Group consultant, advising financial institutions in Indonesia, Bangladesh, and China on digital payment strategies. He also founded Wing Money as Managing Director, now Cambodia’s top digital bank.

With over 20 years of experience in Asian banking and fintech, Brad is recognized for his expertise in digital payments and transformation. He has built successful businesses in two Southeast Asian markets, spearheaded Visa’s mobile innovation in Asia Pacific, and led digital transformation for National Australia Bank in Asia. He currently serves as a non-executive director and strategic advisor for fintech, mobile money, and tech companies across Asia, Australia, and Africa.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Queensland, a Master of Financial Technology from the University of New South Wales, and is a graduate of the Royal Military College, Duntroon.
