Sandeep Naik

Sandeep Naik is an Advisory Director at General Atlantic. Prior to this role, he served as Managing Director and Head of General Atlantic’s business in India and Southeast Asia, where he played a key role in driving the firm’s investments and growth across the region.

Before joining General Atlantic in 2012, Sandeep was a Partner and Co-Head of India at Apax Partners, leading investments across the healthcare, financial and business services, and retail and consumer sectors. Earlier in his career, he held diverse roles including Global Marketing Manager at Medtronic Inc., Scientist at the Mayo Clinic, and Management Consultant with McKinsey & Company.

Sandeep is also the Co-Founder of InfraScan Inc., a medical device company focused on detecting intracranial bleeding through a handheld scanner.

Recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, Sandeep has served on the Global Agenda Council on the New Order of Economic Thinking. He currently serves on the Boards of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and Networks for Humanity, and is a member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Advisory Board as well as the A*STAR Portfolio Committee, contributing his insights to global innovation and leadership initiatives.
