Ong Sze Han

Ong Sze Han is the Chief Operating Officer of OKX Singapore, a Major Payment Institution licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. He leads strategy, operations and governance functions focused on building trusted, regulated access to digital-asset markets for Singapore-based investors.

Before joining OKX, Sze Han held roles across finance, technology and policy. At Grab, he led marketplace strategy and fulfilment, designing systems to efficiently match supply and demand while bridging operations and technology teams. Earlier in his career at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, he managed Singapore’s official foreign reserves and worked on monetary-policy implementation and money-market development.

Combining public-sector discipline with private-sector innovation, Sze Han brings a pragmatic approach to advancing Singapore’s position as a hub for responsible digital-asset growth and financial innovation.
