Dr. Lily Rachmawati

Dr Lily Rachmawati leads Applied AI at BNP Paribas Wealth Management APAC under the Digital and AI office. Prior to BNP Paribas, Lily held senior data‑science and AI leadership roles at BCG, Meta, Citibank, GIC, and Rolls‑Royce. She combines deep hands-on expertise in AI with strategic leadership to drive proven, quantifiable business impact. She has extensive experience driving AI strategy and leading multi-disciplinary teams to build and scale AI systems across financial services, tech, and engineering. Lily has a PhD in Evolutionary Computing from the National University of Singapore, holds 4 international patent families, and has published numerous peer-reviewed papers in Computational Intelligence.
