Elizabeth Byun

Elizabeth joined Tencent Legal in 2013 and currently serves as Head of Corporate and International Financial Legal Affairs. She leads a team of legal and regulatory specialists across Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Singapore, Amsterdam, Palo Alto, and Washington, D.C., with a focus on fintech and a broad range of financial regulatory matters, including licensure, regulatory engagement and investigations.

In addition, Elizabeth oversees general corporate affairs, including listing rules compliance and corporate governance.
