Kevin began his career in investment banking at Scotiabank, one of Canada’s Big Five banks, where he witnessed firsthand the barriers to access in legacy financial systems for both web2 and web3 companies.
Recognizing this opportunity to bridge these gaps using innovative financial technology, he co-founded Reap in 2018 with Daren Guo, his childhood best friend.
Kevin views the emergence of stablecoins as a powerful technological enabler to solve real-world payment problems in more efficient ways. He is passionate about fintech, digital financing, mass adoption, and Web3 payments. He is a frequent speaker at various industry events and conferences.
