Kfir Godrich

Kfir Godrich is the Founder of mAIndfulness, a think tank and venture platform at the intersection of AI, quantum, fintech, and digital infrastructure — supporting the technologies and ideas reshaping how financial systems are designed, secured, and operated. He spent 12 years at BlackRock as Chief Innovation Officer, Global Head of Technology and Enterprise Services, CISO, and Global Head of Data and AI. During this time, he established the firm’s AI Labs, co-led Aladdin’s migration to the cloud, sat on the Global Operating Committee, and integrated over 100 AI solutions into institutional financial workflows. Prior to that, he served as CTO of Hewlett Packard (Technology Services) and advisor to HP Labs. Earlier in his career, he developed deep expertise in complex systems, C4ISR, and data center design. He currently holds multiple board and advisory roles across technology and financial services. Recognized as an AI Pioneer by the United Nations, he has been listed among the Top 100 People in AI and is a recipient of national security awards.
