Saw Choo Tatt

Choo Tatt currently leads NETS Solutions which focuses on central bank and payment platforms, as well as developing new transformative capabilities for NETS Group entities. His appointment underscores NETS’ commitment to innovation and excellence in payment solutions.

With a career spanning over 30 years, Choo Tatt has a proven track record in leading technology teams. He previously held the position of Global Chief Information Officer at INSEAD, where he led the institution’s technology strategy across campuses in France, Singapore, Abu Dhabi and San Francisco. He was instrumental in advocating alignment of digital strategy to the institution’s long-term strategy and was a key member of the Dean’s institutional strategy refresh team in 2023.

Prior to INSEAD, he was with GIC Pte Ltd in Singapore for over 20 years, where he held key roles including Head of Business Competency Centre and oversaw the delivery of technology solutions to GIC’s business units. From 2015 to 2018, concurrently as the Deputy Director for Technology, he played a lead role in the conceptualisation and implementation of a strategic Data and Technology Master Plan for GIC.
