Saw Choo Tatt

With a career spanning over 28 years, Choo Tatt has a proven track record in the technology field. He previously held the position of Global Chief Information Officer at INSEAD, where he led the institution’s technology strategy across campuses in France, Singapore, San Francisco, and Abu Dhabi. During his tenure, Choo Tatt was a key member of INSEAD’s global Crisis Management Team, ensuring business continuity by harnessing technology capabilities during the COVID-19 pandemic. He was instrumental in advocating alignment of digital strategy to the institution’s long-term strategy and was a key member of the Dean’s institutional strategy refresh team in 2023.

Prior to INSEAD, he was with GIC Pte Ltd in Singapore for over 20 years, where he held key roles including Head of Business Competency Centre and oversaw the delivery of technology solutions to GIC’s business units. Choo Tatt also previously served as Head of Unified Comms and Tech Infra. From 2015 to 2018, concurrently as the Deputy Director for Technology, he played a lead role in the conceptualisation and implementation of a strategic Data and Technology Master Plan for GIC.

Choo Tatt currently leads NETS Solutions with the aim of becoming the premier Service & Development Centre for the NETS Group. His appointment underscores NETS’ commitment to innovation and excellence in payment solutions.
