Before joining Globe, Carl served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Airtel Nigeria, one of Africa’s largest telecommunications providers with over 60 million subscribers. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Unilever West Africa, where he led operations across Nigeria, Ghana, and Francophone Africa. He also served as Chairman and Managing Director of Unilever Sri Lanka, driving growth in one of the company’s key South Asian markets. Earlier in his career, Carl held senior leadership roles with Unilever Philippines, Hindustan Unilever in India, and Unilever Thailand, consistently delivering strong results in competitive, high-growth environments.
