Shin Wee Chuang

Shin Wee CHUANG is the Founder and CEO of Pand.ai, an AI startups that serves blue-chip companies across Southeast Asia including Allianz, Alliance Bank, Bangkok Bank, CIMB, Great Eastern and MSIG. In 2022, the company obtained a general insurance broking license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to launch Singapore’s first AI insurance broker, GINA.sg.

Prior to founding Pand.ai, Shin was the Head of Digital Banking for Standard Chartered Bank in China. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School.
