Sandeep Pandey

Sandeep joined FWD Group in September 2020 and oversees all aspects of enterprise IT, including strategy, architecture, cloud, security and applications at FWD Group. He also manages our Group customer function, internal insurance operating platform, and consumer engagement and policy servicing platform. He brings over 20 years of global experience in the FMCG and insurance sectors, where he focused on strategising and transforming information technology, digital initiatives, and customer experience. Prior to joining FWD Group, Sandeep served as Chief Information Officer at Bupa and Chief Technology Officer at AIA.
