Aneirin Flynn is the Co-Founder and CEO of FailSafe, a Sequoia-backed cybersecurity company securing blockchain and AI applications for leading DeFi protocols, wallets, and financial institutions.

A former Singapore Navy combat diver and intelligence officer, Aneirin has found that the resilience mindset and operating principles from special operations translate very well to startups: prioritizing what matters most, moving fast with small teams, and adapting as conditions change.

Before founding FailSafe, he led technology and go-to-market initiatives for the Singapore government, TikTok, and Revolut, and continues to play an active role in shaping Southeast Asia’s innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
