Vice-Minister of the Economy and Innovation, Republic of Lithuania
Karolis Zemaitis is the Vice-Minister of the Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania, responsible for attracting investments and talents, trade relations and favourable start-up ecosystem.
K. Zemaitis holds a MA degree in International Marketing and Management from ISM University of Management and Economics, currently studies at Saïd Business School of University of Oxford. In his previous career, K. Zemaitis led the ‘Go Vilnius’ team, responsible for the competitiveness of the capital city Vilnius. Prior to joining Go Vilnius, K. Zemaitis worked in ‘Invest Lithuania’ and various pan-European advocacy platforms working with the EU and Council of Europe.
