Shi Mei Chin is the Chief Financial Officer of Spark Systems, a Series C FinTech company backed by Citi and HSBC. With a proven track record in driving growth and strategic transformation, she oversees the company’s financial strategy and contributes to key initiatives in fundraising, SPAC and M&A negotiations, and IPO readiness. Beyond her corporate role, Shi Mei is a global ambassador for the Global FinTech Network (GFTN), representing both the Singapore FinTech Festival and the GFTN Japan Forum. A passionate advocate for innovation and leadership, she mentors founders and startups through the Tenity Incubator and xcube venture studio.
